Terms of service

The rules for booking, memberships, gift cards and group events, plus what we need from you to keep everyone safe.
Booking and cancellation
- Sessions are booked through our scheduling system and payment is taken at booking.
- Please give at least 24 hours notice to change or cancel. We are a small local business and a late cancellation is a slot nobody else could take.
- Arrive about ten minutes early. Sessions start at the booked time; arriving late shortens your session rather than everyone else's.
- We may need to reschedule you occasionally for maintenance. If we do, you will be offered another time or a refund.
Before your first session
- A signed waiver is required before your first float and before your first sauna session.
- Guests under 18 need a parent or guardian to sign, and we may require them to be present.
- Tell us in advance if you are pregnant or have epilepsy, kidney disease, low blood pressure, open wounds or a contagious skin condition, so we can advise you properly. Check with your doctor if you are unsure.
No alcohol or intoxicants
Do not float or use the sauna after drinking alcohol or using anything that impairs you. Heat, dense salt water and an hour of lying still do not combine safely with intoxication.
If you arrive impaired we will reschedule you, and the session may be forfeited. This is a safety rule, not a judgement.
Intro offer
- The 3 · 6 · 9 intro offer is three floats: one 35-minute, one 60-minute and one 90-minute.
- All three must be used within 30 days of your first scheduled float.
- One per customer, for first-time guests, and it cannot be shared or transferred.
- Unused floats after 30 days expire and are not refundable.
Memberships
- Memberships carry a three-month minimum commitment and renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- Your monthly service value can be spent across eligible services, and unused value rolls over month to month while your membership is active.
- Because of the pricing, membership floats are not shareable. If you want to bring people regularly, a package is the better fit.
- Guest allowances vary by tier and are set out on the membership itself.
- Cancel by contacting us before your renewal date. Rolled-over value is forfeited when a membership ends.
Packages and gift cards
- Packages and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Gift cards are transferable. Packages may be shared unless stated otherwise.
- Where an expiry applies it is shown at purchase, and we honour Pennsylvania law on gift card expiry.
Private events
- Groups of up to 10 to 12 people. That is our maximum; larger groups can be split across two visits.
- A deposit holds your date. Quotes are valid for 14 days.
- Every guest must complete a waiver.
- Food, soft drinks and decorations are welcome. No alcohol.
- Cancellations inside seven days may forfeit the deposit.
- You are responsible for any damage caused by your group.
Health and safety
- Floating and infrared sauna are wellness services, not medical treatment. Nothing we publish is medical advice or a substitute for care from a licensed provider, and no statement has been evaluated by the FDA.
- Shower before entering a tank or the sauna.
- Follow the instructions given at check-in. The door of a float suite opens from the inside and you may leave at any time.
- We may refuse or end a session where safety, hygiene or the comfort of other guests requires it.
Assumption of risk
Floating and sauna use carry inherent risks, including slipping on wet floors, salt water irritation and effects of heat. By booking you accept those risks and agree to follow the instructions and the waiver you sign. To the fullest extent Pennsylvania law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the session concerned.
Personal belongings
Leave valuables at home where you can. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged on the premises.
Conduct
This is a shared, quiet space. Please keep noise down, respect other guests' privacy, and do not photograph or record anyone else. We may ask anyone behaving otherwise to leave without a refund.
Pricing and changes
Prices are those shown at the time of booking and may change. Existing memberships keep their rate for the current term. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Allegheny County.
